Unlike bulky 2-step
sheeters, no intermediate transfer is needed. Just drop the
dough into the slot at the top. Seconds later the flattened
round dough emerges from the lower rollers.
View the entire
process through the clear acrylic safety shield. Without this
shield in place, the rollers won't operate. Food contact
surfaces are easily accessed for cleaning, accessed for cleaning,
and isolated from the powerful motor and drive mechanism.

all...finished rounds retain the elasticity of hand-rolled dough,
without all the effort and fatigue! Cool and room-temperature
